We are committed to providing you with the best possible service. That’s why we offer all orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday the same-day dispatch and never more than 24 hours! Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
We ship worldwide, but there are some restrictions on certain products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will provide you with an estimated shipping and delivery date based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. The estimated shipping date may also be displayed on the shipping quotes page.
Your order will be shipped using UPS Express, DHL Express, or TNT. Shipping costs will vary depending on the destination and will be displayed before checkout.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.
